HYGIENE PROTOCOLS FOR THE PREVENTION OF DISEASE TRANSMISSION INCLUDING THE VIRUS COVID-19 FOLLOWED BY OUR COMPANY IN SERVICES FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

Our company are followed hygiene protocols for the prevention of transmission of Covid-19 in makeup and hair styling services.

Our equipment comes previously disinfected in depth, but it is also important to do it again before starting in the work area, for the safety of our clients and for them to be sure that we are working with an assured hygiene protocol.

We use two products for staff disinfection that are suitable and certified for disease prevention. Let’s not forget that in our field of work we can be a source of Covid-19 and many other contagious diseases if our tools are not properly disinfected.

In our company we use 2 chemical substances for tool disinfection, Barbicide and Isopropyl Alcohol. For brushes, combs, tweezers, scissors, disposable mascara or eyelash curlers we use BARBICIDE: (in this link you can read how this product has been laboratory tested and approved by the EPA- United States Environmental Protection Agency – as appropriate in the elimination of different germs, viruses and pathogens including Covid-19)

We attach to this report our BARBICIDE® Certified Safe Service Establishment Program certification.

We also clean makeup brushes, makeup staff and styling brushes with Isopropyl alcohol.

Hygiene protocols for the prevention of Covid-19 in makeup and hair services

Stylists and Makeup artists who come to the service will use mask.

Use of hand sanitizing gel between client and client.

Use of clean and disinfected towel for each client at each styling station.

Disinfection of the cable of each heat tool or electronic device at the beginning of the service (tweezers, tongs, hair dryers, airbrush …).

Disposable products such as cotton discs, swabs or klines are for individual use and will be discarded at the end of each client.

Makeup foundations, cosmetics for skin preparation or lipsticks are extracted with a spatula and applied from a previously disinfected face palette to avoid any contamination. The eye and lip pencils, which are in contact with mucosa, are also disinfected with Isopropyl Alcohol prior to the use of the pencil sharpener between client and client.

The service will not be offered to any customer with symptoms of a cold or fever.

We want for your big day that the only thing you have to worry about is to toast with your loved ones
